Content Timeline

• Typical content asks for social media collaboration:
  • Pre-arrival: Teaser story post using a reel or photos from our Lůum Account to promote excitement for the upcoming stay — preferably within 24–48 hours prior.
  • Highlight reel of the house and time spent on island
  • Stories each day that showcase some aspect of the property
  
• Deliverables Instructions
  • All collaboration Posts must have approval from Liv before posting on the final content, description, and cover photo.
  • We ask that you Tag Lůum in all content/images posted for up to 1 year post Stay.
  • Posting on content on all platforms: Insta, facebook, TikTok
  • If you would like a unique discount code for your audience to receive $500 off their week stay we can create that before post/stories goes live. Ex: NAMEXLUUM (You will receive $500 for every booking made with your unique code. And an email will be sent to alert & thank you upon their booking and money will be sent upon their check-in). This post would not be a collaboration post and for your following only.
  • **If Creator prefers not to post during the stay, that is fully acceptable. All stories and grid posts must be completed within 7 days after departure and maintain active stories for the number of days you were a guest at lůum as if you were there in real time.

*It is important to set clear intentions before arriving at Lůum for what you would hope to get out of your experience. Write them down and ask that they are given and received with ease and grace so that your body can gently work through whats happening without typical side effects of "upleveling", i.e. fatigue, overly loose bowels, or feeling "vibratey" or light-headed.

Upon Arrival Details

• Open ALL DOORS and capture house "tour" footage first things before bags and luggage are unloaded
• Door batteries will be removed — no bypass buttons needed. If you have small children who are not strong swimmers or pets that can't swim please put batteries back in alarms during stay for best safety practices.

• For any filming please turn on "photoshoot ready" lights on the iPad so everything is lit well. For nighttime filming please use firepit to enhance footage. Here is the waiver to receive code and placement for firepit key:

If this agreement is for a discounted stay at Lůum for 50% of the nightly rate plus a $495 holistic cleaning fee, in exchange for the content collaboration outlined above.

• To reserve dates: 50% deposit required
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in
• Door code will not be provided until full payment is received
