Lůum at The Shore Collaboration Contract

This agreement is established between Lůum at the Shore and [Creator Name], for an arranged discounted stay at Lůum with agreed upon content collaboration.

Creator agrees to post collaborative content on their personal Instagram and TikTok, linking to the Lůum page. The agreement aims to foster a mutually beneficial partnership between Lůum and Creator.

Creator will promote Lůum through collaborative content on their personal page and tag Lůum in stories during stay. The agreement includes a timeline to ensure accountability and maintain the natural flow of the content.

Content Timeline

• Pre-arrival: Teaser story post (reel or photos) to promote excitement for the upcoming stay — preferably within 24–48 hours prior. The address of Lůum will remain off the internet and should not be searchable.
• If Creator prefers not to post during the stay, that is fully acceptable. All stories and grid posts must be completed within 7 days after departure.
• Typical content ask during stay:
  • A carousel of photos highlighting the house and its eco-conscious features (cover photo must be solely of the house, or an indirect photo of you/your party — must be agreed upon before posting)
  • Agreed-upon highlight reel of the house — cover photo must be agreed upon between parties before posting
  • Tagging Lůum in stories and any future posts from your stay
  • A departure story post announcing a potential next visit, retreat, or event you will host
• Two optional Energy Healing sessions are offered to enhance and amplify the healing benefits of Lůum. Liv recommends using them as bookends of your stay — within 24–36 hours of arrival and departure.

Collaboration Agreement Terms

This agreement is for a discounted stay at Lůum for 50% of the nightly rate plus a $495 holistic cleaning fee, in exchange for the content collaboration outlined above.
